What we collect

When you submit the contact form or call us, we collect the information you provide: name, phone, email, address or city, and a description of what you need. We use that information to return your call or email and to book service.

Recorded calls

Calls to our line are answered by an automated greeting and go to voicemail. You hear a recording notice before recording starts. Your message is recorded and transcribed, and stored with your number and the time of the call so we can call you back. Illinois is treated as an all-party consent state, so the notice always plays before the recording starts and staying on the line after it is your consent. If you would rather not be recorded, hang up and use the contact form instead.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, pass the job to a tow operator, and send any follow-up related to it. We do not sell your contact information. We do not share it with third parties except where required to complete the service, which means giving the independent tow operator or roadside partner we send the details they need to reach you.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful to visitors. It loads only after you click Accept on the cookie banner. Until you do, no analytics cookies are set and no data is sent to Google.

When you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser, including _ga and _ga_<id>, used to tell repeat visits apart and measure how the site is used. These cookies last up to two years. Google processes this data on our behalf. We have enabled Google Consent Mode, so analytics stays off until you opt in. We do not use this data to identify you personally and we do not sell it.

Your privacy rights

You can request a copy of any personal information we have about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request through our contact form and write "privacy request" in the message, or call (773) 830-6930 and say so on the message. The contact form is the channel we monitor, so it is the fastest way to reach us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

You can opt out of analytics in three ways: click Decline on the cookie banner, use the Your privacy choices link in the footer to re-open the banner and withdraw consent at any time, or enable Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser. When your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a decline automatically and never load analytics.
